Another week, another product! This is just a continuation of the product series I started, hope you enjoy!
Lush Cosmetics: Ocean Salt│£13.25(250ml)
So this week I've been loving this product so much, and although I have been using it for nearly a month now, it has only hit me recently how good it actually is. If you don't already know I have a love affair with Lush Cosmetics, I own quite a few of their products including Fresh Farmacy, so my expectations when purchasing Ocean Salt were high. I can definitely say it has lived up to its reviews and popular rating on the website, as it is a 5 star product.
Benefits:
- The most obvious benefit for me is the smell (sniffs product profusely) its literally like heaven in a pot, as the ingredients indicate it has a strong grapefruit scent, which is so refreshing as I use this product mostly when I am in the shower.
- Along with the scent, the actual decoration when opening the product is so cute, although you can't see it in the picture as I have used it multiple times, it basically resembled the title as it was coloured blue.
- It lives up to its purpose as it is a deep exfoliating scrub, which I personally like as I believe that the salt particles penetrate my skin and remove all bacteria and dirt.
- After showering I've realised that it leaves my skin feeling ultra soft, I believe this is down to the avocado butter as the description says it helps soften and nourish your skin.
- As I said I have used this product for almost a month now, using it 2-3 times a week on my face and back and I have definitely seen an improvement in the condition of my skin. Also I have noticed that I haven't really used that much so the product will hopefully last a long time, which it should when considering the price.
Overall I think this is a product to invest in, as it is quite expensive but I'm sure you can get a sample from your local Lush before choosing whether to buy it. Personally, I believe it has great benefits for your skin and its made with fresh ingredients that aim to improve your skin.
Thanks for reading,
Kiana
