Pamper Night Products.

We all deserve a pamper night or day whether after work or uni or on the weekends. We need some to ourselves to just chill. The pamper products don't have to be expensive from luxurious brands. Budget beauty is just as good if not better. So heres the products I use for my pamper time.

I start off in the bath or shower with a body scrub and a hair treatment.

Nspa: Rasperry Milkshake body scrub (available at ASDA)
Body scrub I usually use once a week on a pamper day to exfoliate my skin gently and remove dead skin so my skin feels smoother. It feels less rough after I've used this especially on the tops of my arms.

John Freda: Frizz-Ease intense masque £5.99
I've only used this a handful of times around once a week after I've cleansed my hair using a cleansing shampoo to remove product build up and grease (eww). I find my hair to be too stripped of moisture and so use this as my conditoner leaving it on whilst I soap and shave (about 5 mins). Then rinse off thoroughly it leaves my hair soft, shiny and less frizzy. Not a huge reduction in frizz but it makes my hair more tameable and soft to the touch.

Blackhead strips: £1.00 for 6 from Poundland.

You get six in a pack I wouldn't use these more than once a week. I have a pamper session every one to two weeks so I find a pack lasts a fair amount of time. Simply wet your nose apply the smooth side down and leave on for 10-15 mins (I leave mine for 20), or when the strip feels stiff (so many innuendos). Peel off slowly I find it fun to look at all the icky stuff that was in my skin, yeah weird. Leaving you barley any visible blackheads. It isn't a wonder product that removes them all, but the majority are cleared.

Mint Julips Lips Scrub: £5.50 LUSH
Just a sugar lip scrub you can lick off after use which is yummy. I use this to remove dry patches on my lips that lipsticks especially matte formulas tend to stick to. Also leaving them kissable and smooth helping when on the pull. Don't nobody wanna kiss nasty lip.

Cupcake facemask: LUSH £6.25
I've reviewed this facemask before in a previous blog post. The mask is fun to apply and makes you looks silly so it can help de-stress your breasts whilst having a giggle. Rinse off with warm water, voilĂ  baby bottom smooth skin.

My pamper night is complete,
Thanks for reading,
Bekka.
