1. I've lost 2 pounds making that a grand total of 8 pounds in 4 weeks over half a stone woop woop. This week from clean (ish) eating and just walking the dog. I haven't been able to exercise properly because working 40 hours a week kills me.
2. Mr Grumpy has been staying at mine since Thursday and leading onto number 3.
3. He brought me a dozen roses the cutie. Small things make a world of a difference.
4. Isn't very exciting but I've managed to drink the recomended daily allowence of water everyday this week with cups of green and peppermint in there as well.
