Shoulder Anti-Theft Bag Mums but similar are available from Argos and Ebay would recommend if you don't want your stuff nicked. Underneath my coat is a pair of shorts from Tesco and a T-shirt from the charity shop. It may have been pouring it down but it was so warm in those crowds crammed with people.
My wellies were from lidil years ago but you can get wellies everywhere right now. My waterproof coat was a tenner from primark in the sale they had other macs that were waterproof, not the pack a macs that aren't waterproof. I saw so many girls wearing those that were drenched I made the same mistake wearing one last year for wireless and ended up with a poncho on instead. Poncho £1 from ASDA for added waterproofness when it was peeing it down. Doubles as something to sit on when you get tired and dont want a wet muddy bum. Mud came from v-festival standard and I'm sure you can find some at your local festival.
